General conditions

CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. | CHECK-OUT until 10 a.m.

Cancellation policy:

- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: deposit will be turned into a voucher for a booking within the current year or the following year at the latest
- From 20 days before arrival to no show: deposit forfeited
- For the ‘NON REFUNDABLE’ rate in the event of cancellation, changes or no-show the entire amount of the stay is charged

Arrival, no show:
Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 4 p.m. On arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be shown for registration.
In the event of a delay, the Client must notify the Hotel in good time; otherwise, the room will be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the following day, after which the Hotel shall be free to rent it out to third parties.

Early departure:
The hotelier, in the event that the customer already accommodated cancels the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - may demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the booking (except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or his agents) net of any unused meals.

Price Calculation:
Classic Suite: minimum 2 persons paying full rate;
Royal and Panoramic Royal: minimum 3 persons paying full rate.
Reductions: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years | 20% for the third person from 14 years onwards.

• Beach service (one parasol and two sunbeds per accommodation - service guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September)
• Use of the swimming pool park, outdoor playground, indoor games room
• Daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes) with change of beach towels, bed linen and towels
• Entertainment service with a varied daytime and evening programme for children and adults
• Bicycle hire (subject to availability)
• Air conditioning/heating

• Wi-Fi

Extras:

• Drinks: Not included.
• Tourist Tax: The tourist tax of €2.25 per person, per night, is not included in the price. It applies to all guests aged 4 and older, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
• Restaurant Service: Buffet Free Service or table service at the discretion of management.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

In the event of force majeure or special circumstances, the management of the hotels and aparthotels of Europa Tourist Group reserves the right to move the reservation, even partially, to one of our similar properties, under the same price conditions and with the same services.
